It is always exciting when new research is produced about the benefits of TRE®. The latest research provides clear evidence that TRE® significantly reduces trauma symptoms in refugees.
In this study, a group of East African women with experiences of war, displacement, and trauma participated in weekly TRE® sessions for eight weeks, alongside home practice. In terms of participants, 36 out of 40 measured trauma symptoms showed statistically significant improvement, and 11 symptoms disappeared completely for several participants. This suggests that TRE® appears to offer valuable support.
The study offers robust evidence supporting TRE®'s effectiveness. For those new to TRE®, the article provides information about why regular TRE® practice may be a powerful tool for restoring balance and resilience through natural, body-based mechanisms.
