What does TRE® for All report are the benefits?

TRE® for All is the professional body for TRE® globally. It has a very useful website that can be found here and its mission statement is as follows:

TRE® – tension release for everybody and every body.

The accumulation of stress and trauma and lack of tension release creates dysregulated nervous systems and fosters conflict, hostility and aggression among humans.

TRE For All (TFA) supports health, well-being and harmony by providing safe access to tension releasing exercises (TRE®); an effective stress and tension reduction technique that returns the body and nervous system to a healthy baseline.

TFA wants to provide the whole human family - everyone and every body - with training on how to reduce tension and the neurobiological effects of trauma by teaching them how to easily tend to and regulate their own nervous system to help create a sustainable and more peaceful world.
